Innovative Parking Solutions at KNPC Headquarters in Kuwait

The Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) has recently unveiled a new guest parking area at its headquarters located in Ahmadi. This expansion aims to enhance visitor experience and streamline parking management at one of Kuwait’s key industrial sites.

The innovative design of the parking facility incorporates external open areas complemented by solar panel canopies. These structures provide shade while ensuring that the parking spaces remain protected from the weather. The use of solar energy is not only eco-friendly but also signifies KNPC’s commitment to sustainability.

The facility boasts approximately 660 parking spaces equipped with advanced Portier Sonic parking sensors, allowing for efficient monitoring and management of vehicle flow. At the entrance, visitors are greeted by a Portier entrance display, providing a welcoming touch upon arrival. Additionally, there are nine informational Portier dynamic digital displays located throughout the area, designed to show the number of available parking spots at various intersections, allowing for smooth navigation within the lot.

Portier Sonic parking sensors are easy to install, provide great visibility and work excellently in scorching conditions.

KNPC’s parking project is executed in collaboration with BRINKS Kuwait, a company known for its security solutions and part of the larger G4S group.

Overall, this new parking initiative at the KNPC headquarters represents a step forward in modernizing visitor services and enhancing operational efficiency through technological integration and sustainable practices.

Portier provides excellent tools to create improved customer experiences.
